2. Wipe off the metal head, then press and hold the power button to turn the device on. Once its on, press that same button to switch between light modes (if you have questions on this, click below)
3. Once a mode is selected, gently stroke the device 5-10 times in an upward motion over your preferred targeted area. *Please note you should avoid using the device over the thyroid area*
When done, clean the head of the device. That's it!
